Panagia Kardakiotissa, which dates to the 15th century, and Agios Georgios, which contains an exceptional icon of the saint that dates to 1835, are two of the village’s most interesting ancient churches. Also, there are Timios and Zoopoios Stavros Chapel and Panayia Portaitissa Shrine. Every November 3, a large celebration is held in the village square in honour of the saint.
